On August 28th AND 29th, Henley On Grace will host an “Old World 5-Course Dinner” showcasing a selection of expertly crafted, globally-inspired dishes complemented by perfectly paired wines. Since the 28th was sold out in a matter of 2 days, we extended the dinner until the 29th!

    • The price is $85pp plus Taxes, Gratuities.

OLD WORLD 5-COURSE MENU

First Course:

Chilled Colossal Seafood Cocktail – As old as time…straight from the sea.
Super Chilled Giant Shrimp/Colossal Crabmeat/Cold Water Lobster/Myers Lemon/Spicy Horseradish Cocktail Sauce

Second Course:

Grilled Caesar Salad. This salad was invented in the early 1920’s by Caesar Cardini, an Italian chef who owned a restaurant in Tijuana, Mexico.
Grilled Romaine Lettuce – Served with a Brioche “collar”/Garlic Caesar Dressing/Black Pepper/Black and White Anchovy/grated Parmesan Cheese

Third Course:

2024 Lobster Thermidor – The recipe of Lobster Thermidor was possibly created at Café de Paris by Leopold Mourier, a former assistant to Auguste Escoffier, or possibly it was created in 1894 at Chez Marie.
Lobster Meat/Crabmeat/Bay Scallops/Shrimp/Nutmeg/Sherry/Cream/Mixed Mushrooms/ topped with Truffle Bread Crumbs/Cheese and broiled

Fourth Course:

Steak Diane – Medium rare ONLY. Considered a signature entrée at Manhattan’s beloved Drake Hotel, Steak Diane is widely attributed to Beniamino Schiavon, the Drake’s maître d’hôtel from 1942 to 1967.
Center Cut Beef Tenderloin/Cognac/Dijon Mustard/Veal Demiglace/Exotic Mushrooms/Chefs Vegetables

Fifth Course:

Classic Backed Alaska – One theory attributes the dessert as it is known today to Antoine Alciatore, the chef de cuisine of the famed Antoine’s Restaurant in New Orleans.
Ice Cream/Chocolate covered Pound Cake/Meringue/Grand Marnier Liquor/Seasonal Fruit/ Flambéed (served quickly)
