We are looking for 2/3 more kitchen staff for the start of the busy season!

Henley on Grace, https://henleyongrace.com/ downtown Richmond’s only true wine bar (over 100 wines by the glass!) is hiring an experienced Sous Chef/Lead Line Cook -(1 or 2) and Prep/Expo-(1) to join us before the start of the season. A creative team member is needed for our small kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career with a highly-rated restaurant. OpenTable rated 4.8/4.7 out of 5.0. We are a small 55/65 seat establishment that specializes in California-inspired cuisine with a Pan-Asian twist. We are a true team working together to ensure everything runs smoothly and our guests are treated to an exceptional experience.

Evening and weekend hours are required as we are open for Brunch on Saturday & Sunday, and Dinner Tuesday through Sunday. Required qualifications include experience working in casual fine dining, and 2-3 years of solid line cook experience. All kitchen members must have heavy sauté experience, working in a very fast-paced environment during service. A current Serv-Safe Manager certificate is also required/preferred. Please review the position/pay rate below.

Sous Chef/Lead Line Cook (hourly rate $19 to $22)
Prep/Dish Member (hourly rate $16-$18)
Expo/Line Cook (hourly $17-$19 )
